Your invitation to learn step dancing in Nenagh
CLUB RINCE SET DANCING CLASSES
Now that the evenings are starting to get darker and you are looking for a new hobby, why not try set dancing.
This is a fun way to exercise while having fun and meeting new people. A partner isn’t needed; there are lots of dancers available.
Classes are held in Nenagh Arts Centre on Tuesday evenings.
Beginners classes are 7.30 – 8.30pm, where you will learn the steps, dancing terminology and some of the many sets that are danced at céilís around the country.
From 8.30 – 9.30pm we will dance a few of the popular sets for those who are more experienced. Everyone is welcome to join us, beginners and more experienced dancers.
Set dancing is a great social outlet where you can come as a group or on your own. Come along and try it out; you never know, you might enjoy it!
For further information, contact Connie on 087 9542163.
Date for your diary: Our next céilí, in the Parochial Hall, Toomevara, is on Friday, September 20, at 9pm with Michael Sexton, a night not to be missed.
