Roscrea school's farewell to Monty

We have reached a milestone in our time here in Coláiste as our long serving caretaker, Mr Monty Franks begins his retirement.

Monty has served as caretaker here since the school opened in 1999.

From caretaking duties, to badminton, to plumbing, decoration and IT, Monty could turn his hand to it all, an ardent Offaly supporter and a wonderful colleague to have.

Both staff, students and management are sorry to see him go and wish him a long happy and adventure filled retirement.

Thank you for everything, Monty.
