Frawley claims Indoor Pentathlon title

Nenagh Olympic AC’s Laura Frawley was crowned senior women’s combined events champions at the 123.ie National Indoor Combined Event Championships which concluded at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena last Saturday. Frawley was a dominant winner in the pentathlon, amassing a total score of 3252 ahead of Louise King in second on 2654. Frawley outscored her competitors on all but one event (800m), with impressive scoring in 60mH (832) and high jump (765) moving her well clear of her rivals.
