Live performance art at Milford House
S-A-O-L, a live performance art event, will take place on Saturday, April 12, at Milford House between Borrisokane and Portumna.
The evening will begin with a live performance from Sandra Corrigan Breathnach, Deej Fabyc and Julieann O'Malley. Afterwards, there will be a live performance jam, giving workshop participants an opportunity to perform.
Holding that we ourselves are part of nature, Sandra Corrigan-Breathnach will employ a series of exercises exploring intuition and the creation of connective communal spaces through clearing and grounding, connecting in with the energy of the earth and the shared energy of all participants, with the intention of working together in unison.
Deej Fabyc will work with ritual objects and natural materials utilising surrealist games and chance-based methodologies. Julieann O’Malley wants you to trust her as she asks you to step into a world where the whispers of the wild meet the hum of the machine, exploring the fragile dance between nature, technology, harmony, control, existence.
The event starts at 7pm. Tickets can be found on Eventbrite.
