Green light for childcare facility

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a childcare development at Fantane, Borrisoleigh.

Trevor Groome has received the permission for a change of use of an existing preschool/school-age childcare facility to provide a full daycare facility, which will also include a baby room, a toddler room and associated sleep rooms, among other works.

The applicant also sought retention permission for an existing prefabricated unit for a period of five years, preschool building, staff canteen prefabricated unit, existing carpark, open storage shed, bin storage unit, kitchen area, open roofed playground pergola and ancillary site works.
