Bingo bliss in Premier County
A wave of excitement is sweeping through Tipperary as a TellyBingo player celebrates winning an incredible €55,019 in the National Lottery’s TellyBingo TV game yesterday afternoon, 10th April. The player hit the jackpot by scoring the Snowball Top Prize, achieving a full house in 51 calls or less. The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K Cashel, Junction 8 M8, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
The Snowball prize in Telly Bingo is one of the game's most thrilling features. It starts at a set amount of €10,000 and increases with each draw until someone wins it by marking off all numbers on their bingo card within a specific number of calls. Players who achieve a Full House on or before the 45th call win an additional €10,000. If there is no winner, the Snowball number increases by one and €5,000 is added to the prize until it is won.
Emma Monaghan, National Lottery Spokesperson said: “Yesterday’s TellyBingo draw brought fantastic news for one of our players in Tipperary, who scooped a dazzling €55,019 prize! If you’re holding the winning ticket, make sure to sign the back of it and keep it somewhere safe. We’re looking forward to seeing you in Lottery HQ!”
