Bill Mullaney will return as Tipperary Senior & Intermediate Camogie manager for the 2020 campaign.

At a Tipperary Camogie Board meeting held on Tuesday 22nd October, the Ballinahinch native was appointed for 2020 having recovered from a health issue which forced him to step down as manager last June, during the championship.

Selector Niamh Lillis stepped in as interim manager and guided Tipperary to a second successive All Ireland semi-final before falling to Kilkenny.

However, Mullaney intimated recently that he was ready to return and threw his hat into the ring and comes back into the role with both the seniors and intermediates, the latter having won division 2 of the National League before also falling short in the All Ireland Semi-final.

Mullaney's management team will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
