Planning developments in Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a new telecommunications mast in the town of Nenagh.
Shared Access Ltd is seeking planning permission for the erection of an 18m monopole to support telecommunications antennae for use by Eir and other operators. Planned for a site at MacDonagh Park, St Conlon's Road, the development would also include installation of dishes, remote radio units, wire mesh fencing and ground-based equipment cabinets.
The development is intended to provide 2G, 3G and 4G mobile electronic communication services from the installation. A decision is due from the council by October 13th.

 

Meanwhile, a planning application has been prepared for the development of a new coffee shop in Nenagh.
Abdul Mekki is applying to Tipperary Co Council for full planning permission for a change of use from residential premises at 25 MacDonagh St to a coffee shop. It is intended that consumption at the coffee shop would take place on and off the premises. Front signage, an outdoor eating area and all associated site works will be included in the plan.

 

Elsewhere, plans for the construction of six dwellings in Nenagh have been prepared for the local authority.
Gerard & Pauline O'Gorman are seeking planning permission for six two-storey dwellings and all associated site works at Ballygraigue Court, Ballygraigue Road, Farnamurray, Nenagh. The dwellings are to consist of a terraced block of four three-bedroom units and a semi-detached block of two three-bedroom units.
