New Focus Ireland units in Nenagh estate

Rediresi Ireland has delivered 13 two-bedroom apartments in Drummin Village, Nenagh, in conjunction with Focus Ireland.

This is the latest development completed by RediResi Ireland, which have now delivered 125 housing units, helping Ireland to tackle its social housing waiting lists. These refurbished units have been handed over to Tipperary County Council and Focus Ireland.

Speaking about the project, John Hickie, Head of Finance for RediResi Ireland said; “We are delighted to see this project completed. Over the course of a 12-month period, these units saw extensive refurbishment, including their common areas. These units, once part of the unfinished housing developments across the country, will now provide secure and modern housing for people on Tipperary County Council’s housing list.

“RediResi Ireland are working on a number of projects throughout Ireland, which will see more housing units provided, so that councils can continue to tackle their housing waiting lists.

“Finally, we want to thank our Approved Housing Body delivery team in this project, and our colleagues in Focus Ireland and Tipperary County Council, all of whom played significant roles in ensuring this project was delivered.” RediResi Ireland was established three years ago in order to provide quality, sustainable and ethical social housing under the 25-year local authority leasing model.
