Charity book shop to open in Roscrea

New boutique bookshop in Vincents, Church Street, Roscrea. The official opening of Dimmas Books will take place this Saturday, June 18, at 11am with St Cronan's Conference president doing the honours.

There's a wide-range of books: non-fiction, fiction, 1,000s of volumes, mostly new, antiquarian and rarely used. Diverse topics from history to politics, biography to travel, art to architecture, cookery to sport, railways to war, witchcraft to hunting, health to well-being, photography to archaeology, cartography to religion, African, USA, European and Middle East studies, local studies and magazines. Something for everyone at really bargain prices.

The bookshop's opening times are Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and alternate Saturdays, 10am to 1.30pm. Special openings and collections from time to time. Details from the SVP librarian, georgencunningham@eircom.net - Society of St Vincent de Paul. Proceeds to help families in the locality.
