Council houses for Nenagh district

Tipperary Co Council is progressing plans for the construction of new houses in the town of Nenagh and surrounding district.

Seven houses have been approved for William St. The next stage will be the appointment of an integrated design team. Also, a contractor has been appointed for the construction of 10 new dwellings at Woodview Close.

Elsewhere, developments of 12 houses at Cormack Drive, 14 in the village of Portroe and four in Ardcroney are nearing completion. A development of five Clúid Housing Association units at Ballygraigue Road, Nenagh, is also to be complete this year.

In Roscrea, Part 8 public consultation documentation is being prepared for a development of 46 units at Glencarrick. A further 10 dwellings have been approved at Ashbury.
