Houses planned for Roscrea

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for an 11-house development in Roscrea.

KHCM Developments Ltd is seeking permission to build 11 two-bedroom houses at Cluain Bán, Whitepark. These are to comprise of eight semi-detached and three detached houses, together with all ancillary site works and services.

A decision from the council is due by March 22 next.
