Roscrea’s Kathryn is Munster PRO

Roscrea branch member Kathryn Browne was elected to the position of Munster PRO during the Munster Convention of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann held at the Hibernian Hotel, Mallow, on Sunday, February 19.

This is a recognition of the esteem in which Kathryn is held among her Comhaltas colleagues. Each branch in Munster had the option to send two delegates to the convention.

Kathryn is a secondary school teacher in Kilcormac, where she teaches music and Gaeilge. She is one of the Browne family, Ballycleary and a member of the Roscrea branch of Comhaltas in Co Tipperary.

The branch congratulates Kathryn and wishes her well in her new endeavours.
