Watch Centre North Junior 'A' Hurling Championship
The semi-finals of the North Junior 'A' Hurling Championship will take place this Friday 18th August with both games throwing in at 7.00pm. Ballinahinch face Nenagh Eire Og in Toomevara whilst Toomevara and Roscrea play each other in Nenagh. Entry to the games are via either tap & go or tickets which are available to purchase online at embed.futureticketing.ie/c/north-tipperary-gaa/. No cash will be accepted whilst free entry for Under 16s.
The North Final is scheduled to take place on the weekend of Friday 1st September.
Watch Centre North Junior 'B' Hurling Championship
Moneygall claimed the second spot in the North Junior 'B' Final after a high scoring 3-21 to 4-11 win over Kiladangan last Monday evening in Puckane.
Moneygall will face Knockshegowna in the final on the weekend of Friday 25th August.
Ger Gavin North Under 19 'A' Hurling Championship
The group stages concluded last Wednesday with Ballina claiming top spot with a 2-11 to 1-7 victory over Nenagh Éire Óg whilst Roscrea had a 1-17 to 0-15 win over Borris-Ileigh. Ballina, Nenagh Éire Óg and Toomevara progress straight to the semi-finals after finishing in the top three in the group. Roscrea and Borris-Ileigh face each other again this Wednesday 16th August at 7.00pm in Roscrea in the North quarter final. The North semi-finals are scheduled to take place on Wednesday 30th August.
Ger Gavin North Under 19 'B' Hurling Championship
In Group 1, the Kiladangan v Moneygall/Clonakenny scheduled to take place last Wednesday 9th did not go ahead. This game is rescheduled to take place this Friday 18th August in Puckane at 7.30pm. Moneygall/Clonakenny will also face Burgess this Wednesday 16th August at 7.30pm in Moneygall.
Group 2 concluded last Wednesday when Silvermines and Lorrha Rovers drew 1-16 each. Newport and Borrisokane did not go ahead with both sides already out of the championship.
Kilruane MacDonaghs top the group and progress straight to the semi-finals. Lorrha Rovers (finished second) and Silvermines (finished third) progress to the quarter finals.
The quarter finals are scheduled to take place on Wednesday 23rd August with the semi-finals scheduled for Wednesday 30th August.
The North CCC have scheduled the Ger Gavin U19A & U19B North Hurling Finals for Sunday 3rd September.
