Patrize Moylan, Garda Maureen Finnerty and Michael Hogan.Patrize Moylan and Michael Hogan would like to thank every single person that came to the Nenagh fun run/walk on Sunday, August 13, to support us and celebrate in memory of our little Honorary Garda 182 Ben Hogan on his fourth birthday in aid of the Little Blue Heroes Foundation.
We were very impressed by the people that attended the fun run/walk and everyone that gave donations online, and in person. We raised €4,695. Thank you to all the stewards on the road and around Nenagh Garda Station on Sunday.
Thanks to Teresa for coming to do face painting for the kids and Robert, the little water boy in the pick-up truck! Thank you very much to the Garda Dog Unit’s Pat for giving up his day to come to Nenagh with the Garda dogs.
Patrize and Michael would like to say a special thank you to the guards in Nenagh Garda Station, especially to Garda Maureen and Sergeant Regina, who gave us all the help, guidance and support to make the fun run/walk possible, and to both of them and Garda Joan for always showing Ben so much love and care during his time as HG 182.
We hope to see ye all again next year.
