A Nenagh night to remember

A sold-out performance to an enthralled audience took place at Nenagh Arts Centre last Saturday night with a night of musical theatre in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.

Grace Shesgreen, along with family and friends from American College Dublin, Jennifer's School of Music and Nenagh took the audience on a journey through Grace's life; the songs, the moments that have meant so much to her.

She was joined on the night by Katie Sheehan of Spin South West as MC for the evening, and the ensemble were backed by a six-piece orchestra under the direction of William Cullagh. The night focused on performance of song against a minimalistic backdrop, which depicted the colours of CF Ireland.

The audience were captivated as the ensemble performed over 26 classics from the musical world, with group, duet and solo performances right through.

The organisers of this wonderful night of song are grateful to all who helped along the way, from show sponsors, raffle sponsors and the technical team.

They also wish to thank the staff of Nenagh Arts Centre, who made sure the night proved flawless from beginning to end.

Grace Shesgreen will be back with an updated ‘thank you’ once recovered from a life-changing weekend.

She will soon have an update on some very good news on the proceeds raised for CF Ireland.
