Roscrea musical event hits perfect note

Great attendance at Black Mills Session

Roscrea Heritage Society was delighted to host Johnny Keegan, Charly Forde and Liam Wright recently for June’s Black Mills Session. The talented trio performed an eclectic mix of songs from artists such as Hank Williams, Leonard Cohen and Creedence Clearwater Revival to name a few.

A special ambience could be felt in the stunning setting as audience members sang along to some well-known favourites. A memorable night was had by all!

The society would like to thank Johnny, Charly and Liam for their performance on the night, the OPW for providing the venue; Tom for all his help.

Thanks to PJ Wright for capturing some great photos and last but not least, huge thanks to all who attended on the night, your support is greatly appreciated.
