Old mattresses you want to get rid of will be accepted for free at council recycling centres in Nenagh and Roscrea on two special days coming up as part of Tipperary County Council's Anti-Dumping Initiative.

As part of Tipperary County Council's Anti-Dumping Initiative 2024, mattresses will be accepted free of charge on Wednesday and Thursday, September 11 and 12, at the Nenagh Recycling Centre and the Roscrea Civic Amenity Site.

This collection applies to mattresses from domestic households only and is limited to a maximum of three mattresses per household.
