Nenagh meeting on Christmas Shoebox appeal

It is hard to believe that we are approaching Christmas Shoebox time again and in order to share the generosity of so many in our community with children who have less than us we need help.

A group of volunteers will meet in the Abbey Court Hotel on Thursday, October 3, at 7.30pm to plan for the collection, checking and packing of shoeboxes, which are given by so many in the local area.

If you have helped with the shoeboxes in the past, you are aware of the valuable assistance you give and if you want to do something which brings joy to many this could be for you. Come with your suggestions and your questions and bring a friend if you can.
