Apartments planned for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for the construction of 10 apartments in Nenagh.

Seamus Sheahan has sought permission for five two-bed units and five one-bed units in a four-storey block with balconies at Glebe Lane, Kenyon St. Bin storage, bike storage and all associated site development works are included on the site of an existing warehouse.

The council received the application on October 15 and has since marked it "incompleted".
