Houses planned for Garrykennedy

Further information has been submitted on a plan to build four houses in Garrykennedy.

Padraic Ryan is planning the construction of four detached houses in a cluster of two single-story dwellings, two two-storey/part dormer dwellings, with four individual garage outbuildings, and four individual treatment plants with percolation areas. A new site entrance and access roadway is planned together with associated site development works.

Tipperary Co Council is to decide on the application by February 4.
